Pillars from San Josef Bay

The northwest coast of Vancouver Island is an incredible place to experience the shaping influences of the Pacific Ocean. A one hour walk takes you to San Josef Bay, a secluded beach with weather beaten trees and spectacular pillars of rock towering above the sand. The mood of this area constantly changes with the mists which come in from the ocean.
