I actually was having an anxiety attack at one point when working on this painting. It was then that it occurred to me that CREATIVITY IS THE ANTIDOTE TO FEAR. Colors help keep me present. I usually work in acrylic, which is easier to control. However, with watercolor, just as in life, the goal is to let go of the control and flow with the process.
