This sculpture captures the essence of optimism through its radiant and dynamic form. The interplay of light and translucent materials conveys a luminous spirit, reflecting the inner light of humanity. Bold and experimental, the work invites viewers to contemplate hope and resilience, expressed through avant-garde shapes that challenge traditional portrait conventions. The sculpture is made of resin and embedded with optical fibers—a unique technique practiced exclusively by Sculi and protected by an INPI patent. Light is transmitted via the optical fibers, which operate independently of the LEDs housed in the base. The LEDs are standard, commercially available bulbs that are easily replaced.
