Spiritual 'Me' Time

I enjoy creating silhouetted artworks of people because I want the viewer to see themselves or people connected to them via personal past/present experiences in my people/person silhouetted artworks. Life often bombards us with stress, anxieties, and emotional challenges. I used the Paint program on my computer to produce this silhouetted artwork that shows a person sitting on the floor against the bed in her bedroom taking spiritual self-care time for herself- be it through prayer, reflection, personal insights, just plain rest. For clarification purpose- on the right side is a silhouette of the sliding door to the bedroom.
