Love the reds here and what looks like Coelacanth fish . Is this what is at the bottom of Lake Baikal ? Wonderfully done Nikolay : )
Artist Reply: As I work a lot of stains, they at times remind of animals, like this time, and I only had to adjust them a little, Lake Baikal is too far away from where I live. I only saw it once when passing by on the TransSiberian train from the Far East to the European part of Russia. It took us six days. I was more than a half-century ago. Thank you, Dave!
Nice fish inspired piece, Nikolay. That one on the top left looks a bit filleted with a yen for numerology. It's a strange color for water but I like it. Hope all is good with you. Are we all ready for the coming apocalypse? :)
Artist Reply: Right, the color is quite strange, however I used it as the best option for the others. We're fine here and I hope you're good as well. I fear the apocalypse will be way too late and might not make us suffer. Since I was a member of the Young pioneer organization with its mail slogan "Be always ready!" I am always ready whatever may come, but good.
