Textured Ocean Sunset

This painting is the final layer that covers 2 hidden layers underneath, which are 1) an unwanted painting and 2) a white gesso paint layer. The gesso brush strokes added texture. A spontaneous, unplanned occurrence but I left it that way. I though it added surface texture interest.

Artist Reply: Thank you! :) Yes, I love to be at the shore when it's calm. Maybe it's a good idea to stay in the wilderness for now until the storms all blow over. :)
