The suitcase of memories
In an old suitcase, I keep some of my significant memories
that sometimes rise and float on the surface.
Memories of days gone by and moments that I will never forget for the rest of my life.
Even if some of them have faded, they will live in me forever.
Nostalgic, sentimental moments, besieged inside me.
A dress.. tiny pajamas...
The meeting at the beach didn't happen.
Or meeting on the beach later in life that happened.
Motifs for inspiration and their execution.
Like a seashell that has no counterpart, or rather there is.
And as an inspiration, another poem will be written, or a work of any other kind, and will be sent to me accompanied by a dedication.
I choose to remember only significant memories,
that brought me happiness and are the best part of my life.
