Pastel on Pastelmat card. 24 x 30 cm. Freely interpreted from reference photo supplied by Raw Umber Studio, Stroud, UK and is a submission to their competition. I used a "tiling" technique putting down broad strokes of colour, kept blending to a minimum and leaned towards an expressive style. I tried to capture the youth and vitality of this young man with his inquiring look. On hold /NFS
