The wind howled outside the little cottage as the rain kept pattering against the windows. The lovely autumn storm however didnt disturb the inside of this old dwelling. Nothing seemed to stir while only a large clock, losing one hour, ticked incessantly, and some candles hardly illuminated the room where almost everything was covered with a layer of dust apart from the bookshelf and a comfortable red satin-lined chair in which a dark figure was sitting. It was hard to tell if that figure was alive, yet sometimes it or rather he turned the pages of a book he was holding in one hand reading it with fascination. His face showed no emotion save his eyes which sparkled with interest and concentration, wandering back and forth, locked to the page. The man's skin was almost as white as a statue and his features as hard and smooth, black shiny, but unkempt hair framing his face. Deeply concentrated he didnt notice the shadow approaching him with extraordinary swiftness until a hand was being placed on his shoulder and& Say cheese, Louis! (don't ask why I wrote the text ;)) First I didn't want to do highlights as it's supposed to be cell-like, but then Louis' hair looked so dull... It's rather pixely, gah, I scanned it with my stepdad's scanner and it was already quite small, so the pixels stayed .
