Evening Sunset Peacefulness' Matthew Evans Acrylic on Paper

This image is part of a series of acrylic miniature paintings on one of my favourite themes of sunset and light and water..I enjoy producing small, colourful works and the beautiful colours of sunset gives the ideal inspiration for this. I have always enjoyed experimenting with different materials and techniques and I find great inspirational in scenes of sunset and the shimmering effects of light on wtaer.During this time I experimented with acrylic both on paper and canvas but mainly small works.
