Through my abstract paintings I have endeavoured to establish a powerful sensorial scape, through gestural dribbles, hand and finger strokes, which I believe, has the power of impacting the sensibility of the viewer. The basic premise on which I operate is energy, and I conceptualise all my works through this element. I have displayed 26 abstract art works in this gallery. These abstracts and their light, colour, texture, flow and composition will persuade you to think. It makes you think of the painting differently. In my work, there is a lot of texturing and layering. Steelyard composition is my favourite. It is a kind of composition in art where the weight of elements balances each other on either side. The exhibition will run for 7 days. It took me a long time to draw these textures. I use my hands and nails. As I am an acrylic painter, I express myself on canvas quickly before the paint dries.
