the pic above is called "Helping Hands" cus those hands helpped me out when i needed em. well mainly i couldnt draw hands in that position. so i took a reference pic and drew it. then i put a sketch inside. the other pic is a shaded sketch of my back from a pic. i practiced drawing pics of the back cus its my trouble area. then i practiced naming all the muscles. then i found and labled all the muscles in my back from pictures. and i wat i learned issss~~ my back is hella weird... thanks alot bruce... :p Bruce Lee is my role model so i do all the exercises in his book. so my back is all built up in different places. it was surprising trying to find the muscles and being like, well why arent they that big in the book?! lol id suggest trying it. its strange and fun.
