Artist Reply: it is a rail road siding where empty tanker cars are parked. they were hauling oil from the Baken oil fields; however, the deminted idiot and demoncrats have shut down most of the oil industry ...and yes, they are selling from our Naval Oil Reserves to China......obviously not working for "We The People "!
