Hehe, I'm liking the concept for this one. Wonderfully twisted, her expression is excellent. The details also add to it. I would suggest working more with anatomy now and getting things down to a fine point. Also adding more tones to the character herself as well as the items in the back and foreground will give this more depth. Keep the art coming. :)
