I've had a long standing fascination with cubism. Working this piece in prismacolor was time consuming, but the effect of the rich colors and strong contrasts available in pencil made this more dynamic than another medium would allow. This is a portait of an Indonesian marionette which has come to symbolize for me the goddess within.
