My second attempt at drawing Rory turned out far better. For years Rory wore an "Everyman" outfit: sneakers, jeans, checked flannel work shirt or some type of printed t-shirt and, often, a denim jacket. The first time I saw this photo I knew I had draw it. It was challenging and oh-so fun, until...that denim jacket. Oh mercy, that jacket... This nearly put me off of ever attempting denim again. I had to be an artist and be a fan of someone that wore denim all the time. :^[
