Immature Glossy Ibis

At first I thought this was an immature Ibis but on closer inspection I realized it had to be an immature Glossy Ibis feeding with Ibis which happens quite normally and often. The glossy ibis is much more difficult to encounter especially today but its copper metallic color when mature is especially beautiful -- they are about the same size maybe slightly bigger than white ibis but they get along well and can sometimes be seen feeding in the grasses with their cousins.
