Last night I picked a red cabbage out of my garden (have 3-4 left that are not ready). It takes a while to cut-up the cabbage and mix all the ingredients but it sure is worth it. Delicious! Try one day!

a like red cabbage uncooked . I slice thinly , add oil + vinegar + salt a squeeze of orange and some slices of apple; we rarely cook red cabbage (to long time ) i prefer it as raw vedgetables ... delicious !!!
