Wow, where you live you must have an abundance of flora! This is really a great photo in every way. Those white flowers are so inviting, soft and frilly! What bee would not want to rest on that and collect tons of pollen! That bee is a bit scary and excessively big, looks more like a new wasp! Thanks for taking it and letting us see it.
