One of the most I would say preserved in time ,renaissance period. wonderfully in tact.Cobblestones throughout ,large tree timbers line the streets used in bldgs.Gorgeous in the Rhine region,it's Beautiful as you take the tour Cruise on the Rhine this is grape country white wine Riesling,delicious .,yes the medieval days it's incredible ,& when you eat in the restaurants Olde German is still spoken.Wonderful wonderful area in the world.,this area goes back 800 years ,so myself coming from Canada ,concrete & Steel to see this is absolutely mind bending,to actually see it,be in it.As I said many times it is much like Olde Bavaria .
