This Collage was given to me as " Gift of friendship " in 2006.
The artwork composed using 6 designs of mine, and one photo, I took... All these were sent from me to that Great Artist, who created this collage, quite surp[risingly, I may add.
The moment I viewed this work... , It brought back immediately real story from my life ( approx 1979/80)
With no connection to the artist built this composition for me, without his knowledge of this real story, before making this..

One afternoon, one "so-called" best friend of once came up to visit at our apartment... Expaining, there may be at the near-future dancing show of the girls in the class ( I knew nothing of it , and we were not dancers).
She asked my mother if she can lend for the show, MinI Skirts or outfits... My mother, checked her closet and gove 4 garments/ outfits, that this girlfriend was supposed to bring back, after the show.
There was actually not really a dancing show, as far as I knew. And she never brought back these 4 outfits of my mother.
This was not her first or last time she made a thing like that ( typical her).
Years that my mother believed she will return those dresses... She must return them... She never brought them back, nor explained. I have at least 2 photos of 2 dresses,( out of 4 garments ) worn by my mother. One dress made with the most gorgeous Parisian Fabric, and was designed by a designer.

With no connection... Years after I become a Textile Designer... That gorgeous fabric, I could design myself.
We donate many clothes during our life, for those in need, at a time suitable for us..These 4 outfits of the story were not given as a donation.
