The Nzambani Rock is located 11 kilometers south of Kitui Town in south-eastern Kenya. As a physical feature the rock is classified as an inselberg, more specifically a granitic gneiss. The Nzambani Rock is an ideal picnic site as well as a tourist attraction. The prominent stone is also the subject of traditional myth among the local Kamba community.
