Butcher Bill

A watercolour of Bill "The Butcher" Cutting's Eye as he lays dieing after the great fight at the end of the film. I have painted the formation of the American shield and flag into the eyes reflection like the film shows briefly. It was an experiment to see if I could capture the drama of the moment please look at it with that in mind.
