The 1967 Chevelle Super Sport (SS) represented Chevrolet's entry into the muscle car battle. 4-door hardtop Sport Sedans joined the Malibu series through 1972 but never got high-production figures like the 2-door versions. Car body shapes reflected the mid-1960s "Coke bottle" body fads for American cars. Hamburg steak is reported to have been served between two pieces of bread on the Hamburg America Line (in 1847) & was supposedly eaten by many emigrant passengers on their way to America. The rest is fast-food history.
