What does your 'homage' represent? Without knowing what the set of characters were/are, there isn't enough information to comment on this.

Artist Reply: As stated this is a group of characters my friend and I came up with in the 90’s. This was a way of giving them another moment i the sun. They are a mash up with the CareBears and Nazi Higher Archy
