National Library of Kosovo - an interesting piece of architecture. Built in 1986. Designed by a Croatian architect. Brutalist style mixed with futurism. White domes on the top resemble men's hats of national outfit, putting the library in the middle of conflict between tradition and modernity. Iron bars on the windows give an impression of prison.
