This is a painting I started about a year ago while still living in my 30ft RV at my brothers. I just barely had started it when I ended up hospitalized for over 3 months and then I went to live in the hotel where it was really too hard to paint--no place to do it but in bed. So now I got out all my unfinished paintings and just picked one to do. I am upset that those who moved me did so carelessly and damaged all my paintings so this one is very badly scratched and damaged I will be spending a great deal of time repairing it and it will have to be totally repainted there is not a spot on it that is not scratched....but I will do so carefully keeping the painting as it is started the same except I was not finished with the background, not yet happy with it so that will not be held exactly the same but will just be redone. They dancers will remain as they are. The colors the same too. Well If i am good at mixing them again lol....that is always a trial by fire....oh well I think I can get close enough.
