You can not beat the feeling of somebody receiving a special gift, a surprise gift, something you've put your heart and soul into, when friends or family book me to do secretive commissioned drawings, and the lucky recipient gets their surprise! I've had to sit on this one for a long time! Maxime rescued this beautiful girl. Teddy wasn't a young dog when Max came to rescue her, and had an "Asbo" attitude. Teddy and Max made an incredible team though, quickly going on to gain their Gold Good Citizen Dog Award and having 3 amazing years together. She turned into the most beautiful, well trained dog who doted on her mum. Sadly Teddy was lost to cancer earlier this year, and as a Thank You for all Max's hard work, and to celebrate Teddy and Max's relationship, Max's bosses Karen and Clive booked me to draw Teddy as a surprise gift for Christmas. Max received her drawing this morning, loved her, and I can now show you one of my favourite drawings to date! Say hello to the beautiful Teddy.
