Another painting based on a simple sketch, this time in pencil, ostensibly for the upcoming show. Eventually, I picked three that I had lived with for awhile. This is a 12 by 12 inch acrylic painting and a revealing example of Original Jones Art, I think. Addendum: The piece replaced Redbirds In Evergreen after it sold early at the 2016 12BUY12 Show in Austin, TX.

There are no words to describe how boiacdous this is.

Artist Reply: Hey, Anon, you've done some really nice things over the past few centuries. Congrats! If the word is 'bodacious' then I am sincerely flattered. I thought it had a bit of merit, but I'm a little too close, perhaps. :)

I always look forward to seeing each new piece ! Brilliant work Charles

Artist Reply: I'm glad you like it, Dawson - Lynn James. Sometimes I think the movement from sketch to painting isn't as lyrical as I would like. Hope you and the doggies have a great Holiday Season. :)

Your Fertile Mind is really amazing! Some of the best I've seen!

Artist Reply: Thank you, John! I was thinking I'd done OK with this one; it IS colorful though. I'm sure you have something exciting upon your easel at the moment. :)

I'm thinking, "Sidewinder".

Artist Reply: Well, Stanley, if it had to move about, you are probably right about that. Hope you are doing great. :)
