Artist Reply: Thank You. This piece is one of the most in depth I've done to date to be sure. Right down from the scales on her crown & wings to the stars littering the dark sky behind the Phoenix and colorburst. Because I work I couldn't put full time hours into it so I'd work in spurts taking between 3 & 7 hours here & there to put into it over a 2yr period. But it was worth every moment spent.
