Forest of Lost Souls (2003)

© 2004 Elizabeth Arlene Smith. This shot was taken near Clingman's Dome in The Great Smoky Mountains a day before Halloween in 2003. When I saw the fog lingering in the dead forest I felt so creepy. It was just so eerie for me to see fog in a dead forest a day before Halloween...I just had to take the shot. Being from Florida we don't see fog around Halloween and seeing this was surreal. I am so glad that I took the shot and it came out as I saw it. :o)
