This rather surreal painting, was specifically designed and painted for one of the Vancouver Aquarium's annual fund raising events. I was pleased to donate to such a good cause and have my art featured at the same time. They do not have Koi in the aquarium display so I thought I would make reference to the patrons of the aquarium instead. Notice: The Beholders, are the boulders. How many do you see?
