USA early 1930’s, hit hard by the Great Depression. Millions of unemployed and significant poverty. Waitress Bonnie Parker is intrigued with small-time criminal Clyde Barrow’s macho behaviour. She’s being sucked into a spiral of violence and murder. Fairly soon they start robbing banks and shooting cashiers and passers-by. They’re pursued by the law but seem to be untouchable. Eventually they’re ambushed by the Texas Rangers and riddled with bullets. They get what they deserve. The film is starring Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway as the title characters. At first I wanted to play the part of Bonnie but as the movie went on I changed my mind. I’m not very fond of violence.
