Weathergod Lugia

Lugia, the weathergod. Yeh, he's powerfull and a wicked pokemon (at least, that's what I think) I heard that he is based on a water dragon, but in the game he's flying/psycic eventough he can learn hydropump...and Gigadrain (Water & Grass) well...he looks like a dragon...but...er...I'm kinda rattling on right now...
