Empowerment from above. Plain and simple, really. That's what anointing is. Supernatural power from God to do whatever we have been called to do. Husband, wife, father, mother, daughter and son, all can and must ask God for anointing within these relationships and for every task in their daily lives. The Spirit's anointing wasn't exclusively for the apostles; it’s for everyone! "'In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. (Acts 2:17)
