Mississinewa 1812, Gas City, IN. A historical reenactment of the War of 1812 in Indiana. This is how the campsites were set up for the American forces. What is really interesting is that when this actually occurred it was in the middle of winter with snow on the ground and bitter cold. I couldn't imagine living in those through a winter and fighting a battle.
