Lol , I'm in the low third category , then again I'm from Chicago ... perhaps if they used some of the other foods as a pizza topping : )

My dad's brother really liked pickled pig's feet. Uh, I thought they looked (and tasted) rather disgusting. Some of these were not common in northeast TX when I grew up, several I had in Louisiana when I visited. And I could add 'cow/pork brains' which, as I remember, were scrambled with the eggs for breakfast. Maybe we didn't worry about Mad Cow's Disease back in 50's and 60's. Oh, and I gnawed many more chicken necks than turkey back in the day. Turkey would have been considered a delicacy, Tom. Hey, I just thought of Possum and/or Coon. Uh, raccoon, of course. And potato salad. :)

Artist Reply: Yes, Possum, we caught them in high school and sold them for $3 to the colored folks who would keep them for a few weeks feeding them table scraps then roast them as a shoult .....a real southern delight !
