The Sheppard line of farm tractors which was introduced in 1949 included the models SD-1, SD-2, and SD-3. In 1954 the company added the model SD-4. The SD-2 was powered by a two cylinder engine and rated to pull two 14" plows. The company ceased the building of farm tractors in 1956 and in 1963 turned to the sole production of power steering gears.
