After 10 years as a smoker I felt it was time to give up the habit. Smoking is a large part of my process of creation.Being cigaretteless was keeping me from creating. I was afraid to try painting without my smokes. A random internet guy suggested I use that pain to propel my art in new directions and experement with new mediums if I am not feeling the paint. I took his advice and worked through my addiction successfully. This is a random thank you note.
