This is an example of the earlier days, western- style, comic-book-art. I did this for my Uncle Eddie who is an outdoor enthusiast. This drawing is actually based on my Uncle coming across a bear while camping out. Luckily for Uncle Eddie, the bear was just curious and meant no harm. I drew it this way just to give my Uncle's incident some pizzazz. :) Note: Uncle Eddie has the original painting hanging over the fireplace, in his den.
