Jerusalem's Mea Shearim quarter is home to Ultra Orthodox Jewish fundamentalists. It was established in 1874 as the second settlement outside the walls of the Old City. Today, Mea shearim remains and Old World enclave in the heart of Jerusalem. Modesty posters in Hebrew and English (bottom photo) are hung at every entrance to the quarter.
