Sailor Pluto has always intrigued me! Not the typical skinny, stringy anime style with this one but a more 'built'figure which I think makes her look very noble^_^!

Very nice, I like your style and one has also been a fan of the Pluto Queen =p The colors are dead-on, maybe her eyes a bit darker? But still everything is a nice look with excellent shadows and texture. A hint: if you have a wider frame, you want some bigger legs to keep everything looking proprtioned. Excellent Time Key!
