Cotswold tour 1956

IF YOU LIKE THIS IMAGE PLEASE DO LEAVE A COMMENT.On an English summer’s day a coach-load of culture seekers leave Stratford-upon-Avon for a day tour of the Cotswolds in the comfort of a Weymann bodied Leyland of Timpsons, a 1956 model only 7.6” wide which helped on the narrow lanes encountered in the Cotswolds. In the background is the town’s bus station and coach park a stones throw from the gently flowing Avon with graceful swans and weeping willows, a perfect backdrop for the National Shakespeare Theatre on its grassy banks where the works of the great Bard are performed daily. The original of this painting oils on canvas 20”x30” is for sale at £2000. Please remember this image is my property and protected by copyright law.
