Created by me, Jane Priser. This is Chiron, The Wounded Warrior. I created this sculpture in complete originality; no molds were used in the sculpting of this face mask. I set two Tiger Eye gems to be Chiron's eyes. He has on a helmet and has a scar on his face. The expression on his face is pensive and thoughtful, but not at ease. His helmet sports feathers. Chiron is approx. 8 1'2 inches tall including the feathers. He is wired on the back for easy hanging upon the wall. A polymer clay creation. Signed. Chiron is a planetoid in the outer Solar System. It has a strange orbit that lies between Saturn and Uranus, strange because it actually crosses over the orbits of those planets. Chiron is named after the centaur Chiron in Greek mythology.
