A FAN CEL done from a screen cap on clear, transparent claro with acrylic paints and black, fine tip liners. No background was needed as this cel was painted right the the very edges of the acetate. There is a faint airbrushing effect up a the top of a second sheet of claro that overlaps the character. Makes it a little more errie, no? =)
