I have a copper backsplash above a shelf in my office. I cut out for the electrical outlets and then put these little pieces of copper on the wall, as if floating there.

The copper is very decorative... but don't you need the electrical outlets?

Artist Reply: Yes, I do need them! The wall is paneled in copper, these are the cutouts allowing me to expose the electrical outlets!
