Note - About the hip. The things she's wearing around her hips aren't belts, but more like 'sashes'; not worn straight along the waist line. Although it does look a bit ambiguious (I should've made them more loose).
I'm quite mixed about this piece. On one hand, the lineart is phenomenal. On the other, though, is the proportions. Her pose is, let's face it, a physical impossibility. It's almost as if she's a genie, and the pants/skirt is her lamp that she's coming out of. Not sure if that's what you planned on or not. Also, this is a female, yes? In that case, perhaps give her a more pointed chin instead of a flat one; it'll add to the femininity. A great concept, and once again, extremely nice line weights. Keep at it!
