Spread-Alchemist's Guide to HIdden Ingredients

This spread reminds us that the red in lipstick (carmine) is created from crushing a beetle found in Central and South America...especially the pregnant females. Exporing the arcane world of ingredients in common consumer goods using sacred geometry and the pentagram for layout purposes...used photomanipulation and hand tinting to create the images.

There's something about all your work that I like - all the different syles. I chose this graphic piece as the most eyecacthing to me becausse of it's concept, imagery and layout! youre a very talented artist!
