Pen on paper with digital image background and manipulation of text. This is part of one of my everyday list's of medication that i write out because of my ocd. I have written pages for every day that i take medication for as long as i can remember. It is a safety blanket and also a checking mechanism. This page comes from the writing pad i just finished for the past month or so.
