Bishop Greco, who studied at the Catholic U. of Louvain in Belgium, helped create the St. Frances Cabrini Hospital and St. Mary's Training Center. He worked for the sick and vulnerable of Central Louisiana for many decades before his death in the 1980's. He is tied to the history of the city, much like Oberia Price.
